Your phone will automatically store some data (if you have iPhone 5S/6/6Plus) like Steps and Walking/Running Distance, so all you have to do is walk around and you will see this data appear in our app.
You can also use other apps and hardware devices to automatically store other data for you.
You can also manually enter other data in the Apple Health app. Simply open the Apple Health app and press "Health Data" and then select the category that you like and select the "Add Data Point" feature.
You need to provide permission in the Apple Health app.
You can find the "Health" app on your iPhone's Home Screen or by using Spotlight (by swiping down on your iPhone's home screen).
Once you open the Health app, click on “Sources”.
Inside "Sources" you can click on our app and provide it with permission to read the data that you would like to see displayed in our app.
When you return to our app, press the refresh button in the top right hand corner to recieved the latest update.
Note:If you are still not seeing the data that you expect then please restart our app (close our app and reopen our app) and click on a few different date tabs at the top of the screen to see if maybe the data is showing for Year or Month because maybe you do not have any recent data.
